Our key skills lend themselves to (though not exclusively) marketing, change management and foreign direct investment projects. Marketing: Recent projects have included any or all of the following: reviewing and assessing current marketing and sales techniques and channels; product evaluation especially in relation to pricing and target markets; the production of marketing plans, budgeted to maximise revenues. Change Management: As the business environment changes we help companies to identify what (if anything) needs to change to retain a competitive edge; plan the change process; identify qualitative and quantitative measures and; assist in the change process itself. Foreign Direct Investment: We help firms through the complete research, planning and implementation cycle of setting up offices or facilities in foreign markets. Our expertise can help you to save money and to become productive much earlier. As well as getting your new location up and running, we help to embed it into local business networks. Simon Paul, Director: Simon had been advising businesses from start-ups to multi-nationals for around ten years. His earlier careers was in sales before he moved on to set up and manage two businesses, one in Spain and one in Serbia. His experiences of setting up overseas has been very valuable in advising clients on overseas expansion projects, whether into or out of the UK. In 1996, Simon graduated from Durham University Business School with the Advanced Certificate in Business Counselling and completed his MBA in 2000. Simon has been a member of the Chartered Management Institute since 2004.
