Fishing Rod Experience is a consulting company concerned with the needs of both individuals and employers. Our focus is on those groups who may have useful skills and experience, but who, for a variety of reasons, do not seem to fit in, and consequently find it hard or even impossible to find employment. This may include school ‘under achievers’, ‘gifted and talented' children, young offenders, refugees and asylum seekers, older people and many others. We aim to meet the needs of small businesses whilst creating opportunities for these marginalised groups. We can help companies to be socially responsible, giving back to their local community whilst serving their business interests.
