	The Team Programme enables young people (unemployed 16-25 year olds) to develop personal skills and confidence while benefiting their local community. The Team consists of around 14 young people from a variety of backgrounds, abilities and circumstances. All participants gain nationally recognised qualifications as well as develop team building and communication skills. Throughout the 12 week programme the Team are set various challenges. One of which is a 2 week work experience placement. This is to give individuals the opportunity to work independently to test their skills and develop confidence.
